Publication Schedule
Publication Frequency
Vistula Conferences publishes proceedings twice a month, resulting in 24 issues per year across our affiliated conference series. This high-frequency schedule allows accepted research to reach readers without the lengthy delays typical of traditional annual or biannual conference proceedings.
Rolling Submissions
Unlike single-event conferences with fixed submission deadlines, Vistula Conferences accepts manuscripts on a continuous, rolling basis. Authors may submit at any time throughout the year, and each manuscript is processed independently through peer review as soon as it is received.
Turnaround Time
Once a manuscript has been accepted following peer review, our editorial and production teams work to publish the final version in within 7 days, covering copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and certificate issuance.
Issue Assignment
Accepted articles are assigned to the next available issue of their respective conference series (WICHSS, KICCS, or GICLS) based on submission and acceptance date. Authors are informed of their article's issue number and expected publication date upon acceptance.
Certificates
Upon publication, authors automatically receive a digital author certificate with QR-code verification, confirming the article's inclusion in the relevant proceedings issue.
