Article Processing Charges

Fee Structure

Vistula Conferences operates on an Article Processing Charge (APC) model to sustain open-access publication. The current APC is USD 15 per accepted article. This is a placeholder rate and is subject to periodic review; authors will always be informed of the applicable fee before final submission of a revised manuscript.

What the Fee Covers

  • Editorial handling and administration throughout the review process
  • DOI registration for the published article
  • Issuance of the author certificate with QR-code verification
  • Typesetting and formatting for publication
  • Long-term digital archiving and preservation

No Submission Fee

There is no fee to submit a manuscript for review. The APC is charged only upon acceptance, after peer review has been completed and a final editorial decision has been reached.

Fee Waivers

We recognize that the APC may present a barrier for some researchers. Fee waivers or reductions are available on a case-by-case basis for corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries, as classified by recognized international income-classification indices. Authors wishing to request a waiver should contact the Editorial Office before submission, describing their circumstances; requests are reviewed independently of the peer-review process and do not influence editorial decisions.

Payment

Payment instructions are issued only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
